On The Street: Philly

Updated: Jan 19, 2019

I'm treating Philly like it's LA; watch me grow!

Welcome to my blog millionaires!

Here, I will post updates, styling tips, and stories about me!

Growing up in Philadelphia’s Point Breeze section and raised by my mom and grandmother, I stood out amongst my peers. Often being called a “weirdo” for my unique fashion sense now earns me the monikers “Arbiter of Style” and “So Fly”.

We live in a generation where people are so afraid of looking stupid that they'd rather not even try to be their own person. What others think about you is not important. What you think about yourself means everything. There's a story behind every person. There's a reason why they're the way they are. Think about that before you judge someone.

I've been getting back into my creative mindset and skills and I've grown to learn that you can't fight what is meant for you. Most things that we want or resist are already in us. If you find what lights your fire, keep adding gas to that. Develop a team that turn into your family that uplift you, encourage you, motivate you and who you also benefit. Family isn't always who you were raised with family is whomever is loyal to you and pose the qualifications & expectations that you have of your family.

Thankful for my family that is continuing to grow, being around great people matters. I ran from the things I am now running towards due to having a better team.

Style is a form of communication. What you choose to wear (or not wear) says a lot about who you are, how you want to be perceived, and what group you belong to. Style is also personal and I'm starting this blog to add my voice to the fashion community. I hope that it provides inspiration for people who are looking for it as well as advice to those starting to build a collection or looking to refine their personal style.

It feels great to go through my own self to get to my fulfilled destiny (it isn't easy) but it feels incredible. I am passionate about the things I care about, I'll do whatever it takes to keep the fire burning.

It's my winning season!
